Amanda Griffin is an Associate at Butler.  She works in our Tampa office, where she focuses her practice on First-Party Property Coverage and related Extra-Contractual issues.  Amanda joined Butler in May 2016 after externing at the State Attorney’s Office of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Office of the City Attorney in Gainesville, Florida during law school.

Amanda graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising in 2012. Amanda graduated cum laude one semester early from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in December 2015.  While in law school, she was on the executive board of Florida Blue Key and a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Amanda also earned book awards in her Trial Practice and Intellectual Property Litigation courses.
