Butler recognizes outstanding employees who exemplify the firm’s goals of Service, Teamwork and Principles with the STEP Award. The firm received two nominations for two of its paralegals – Kim Bruce and Patti Taylor – both of whom went above and beyond what is expected of them. In addition to being top-notch paralegals, Kim and Patti took on extra work to cover when we were short-staffed, and both of them dedicated personal time to help train and mentor new paralegals as the firm expands. The partners are thrilled to recognize Kim Bruce of the Tampa office and Patti Taylor of the Tallahassee office for their outstanding contributions to the firm.
