Tampa native Tenille Turner-Trigg has been elevated to Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP’s first-ever female Chief Operating Officer. Tenille’s career has grown with more roles, responsibilities, and promotions during her last two decades at the Firm. She will now serve as the Chief Operating Officer over all eight Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP office locations.
As the COO, Tenille oversees the firm’s strategic operations, streamlining processes, and driving initiatives to ensure continued growth and success. She demonstrates a steadfast commitment to excellence, a passion for building people, and a vision for creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
Tenille’s goal is to build on the firm’s success by continuing to strengthen the culture where employees feel valued and motivated to stay for the length of their careers. “I want our firm’s reputation to speak for itself – a firm that is not only recognized for excellence in service but also as a workplace where people genuinely want to be. Tenille graduated from National Louis University. She started at the law firm in 2002 as the Human Resource Coordinator and served as human resource director prior to her promotion to Chief Operating Officer.
