Partner Sean Ravenel and co-presenter Justin Grammer (Rimkus) presented “Roof Collapse – Investigation and Causes” for the Atlanta Claims Adjuster’s Association Meeting on March 18, 2021. This one-hour course educated participants on the origins and causes of roof collapses, the use of modern investigation techniques, and how to spot subrogation opportunities. The course detailed how roof collapses are investigated by structural engineering experts and includes numerous case studies of collapses due to overload, owner error, and design/construction defects.
